Emily B. Holmberg, P.L.S.

President

Ms. Holmberg is the president and managing partner of E. B. Holmberg & Associates. She is responsible for strategic planning as well as the day-to-day operation of the firm including overseeing all survey work and purchases.

Ms. Holmberg has over nineteen years experience in land surveying and has been a licensed land surveyor in Massachusetts since 1989. Her qualifications include:

Since formation of E. B. Holmberg & Associates in 1992, Ms. Holmberg has served as Principal-in- Charge or Project Manager on numerous surveys ranging in size from less than one acre to over 750 acres. She has been involved in all phases of a survey project including project manager, project land surveyor, computations technician and crew chief. Some of the projects she has been involved in include:

Belchertown State School Project, Belchertown, Massachusetts

Division of Capital Planning and Operations

This project required a 750-acre boundary survey of land currently owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ten GPS control points were set to establish State Plane Coordinates and maintain precision in the extensive traverse loops. Ms. Holmberg was responsible for oversight of the project, traverse control calculations and boundary line determinations.
